Abstract

 より変化に富んだ娯楽性の高いビデオゲームを実現する。本発明のゲーム装置(2)は、コントローラ(3)が備える加速度センサ(21)が検知した加速度を示す操作信号に基づいて、表示装置(4)に表示させた、コントローラ(3)に対応するハンマーの画像(52)を移動させるゲームを実行するゲーム装置(2)であって、上記操作信号が示す加速度及び当該加速度から算出したコントローラ(3)の移動速度の少なくとも一方が所定の範囲に含まれることを確認した場合に、上記ハンマーの画像(52)に代えて、拡大したハンマーの画像(52’)を表示させる操作対象オブジェクト制御部(32)を備えているので、変化に富んだ娯楽性の高いビデオゲームを実現することができる。
