Abstract

 外側継手部材(10)および内側継手部材(40)にそれぞれオススプラインを形成した軸部(18,46)を設け、これらの軸部(18,46)にシャフトクランプ(60)を圧入により嵌合させる。シャフトクランプ(60)は、軸方向の端部から途中までメススプラインが形成された焼入れ硬化層をもたない接続用孔(66)と、他方の端部から途中までメススプラインが形成されていない円筒形状部(64)を有し、軸部(18,46)は外周に焼入れ硬化層を有し、接続用孔(64)のメススプラインが形成されていない部分の内径は、軸部(18,46)の外径よりも小さくしておく。
