Abstract
本発明は、亜鉛とアルミニウムとマグネシウムとを含む亜鉛めっき層が形成された亜鉛めっき鋼板を、炭素鋼ソリッドワイヤを用いてMAG溶接するためのシールドガスであって、その組成が、炭酸ガスx容量%、酸素y容量%、残部がアルゴンからなる2種または3種混合ガスであり、炭酸ガスと酸素との混合比が以下の数式を同時に満足することを特徴とする亜鉛めっき鋼板のMAG溶接用シールドガスを提供する。 y≦10 ・・・(1) y≧-x+45 ・・・(2) x≧40 ・・・(3) y≧-1/10x+5.5 ・・・(4) y≦1/20x-2 ・・・(5) y≧0 ・・・(6) y≧1/30x-5/3 ・・・(7) y≦-1/20x+5.5 ・・・(8) y≧3/40x-7/4 ・・・(9) y≦-1/3x+35 ・・・(10)
