Abstract

 自動車用外板パネルに要求される表面外観に優れ、圧延方向に対して45°方向のr値の極めて高い、優れたプレス成形性を備えた引張強度340MPa以上の高強度冷間圧延鋼板および高強度めっき鋼板およびその製造方法を提供する。  質量%で、C:0.0005~0.025%、Si:0.2%以下、Mn:0.3~2.5%、P:0.15%以下、S:0.02%以下、N:0.006%以下、sol.Al:0.005%未満、Ti:0.005~0.05%およびNb:0.020~0.200を含有するとともにNbとTiとの含有量の質量比(Nb/Ti)が2以上であり、残部がFeおよび不純物からなる化学組成を有し、圧延方向に対して45°方向のr値(r45)が1.80以上および/または平均r値(rm)が1.60以上、かつ引張強度が340MPa以上である。
