Abstract
Se proporcionan una lámina de acero laminada en caliente que tiene una TS de 540 MPa o más que se puede utilizar para producir una lámina de acero laminada en frío y una lámina de acero galvanizada con excelente formabilidad y estabilidad de la calidad del material y un método para la producción de la lámina de acero lamina en caliente. La composición química contiene, en % en masa, C: 0.04% o más y 0.20% o menos, Si: 0.7% o más y 2.3% o menos, Mn: 0.8% o más y 2.8% o menos, P: 0.1% o menos, S: 0.01% o menos, Al: 0.1% o menos, N: 0.008% o menos, y el balance siendo Fe e impurezas inevitables. La microestructura de la lámina de acero laminada en caliente incluye ferrita y perlita, en la cual la relación de área de la ferrita es del 75% o más y menos del 95%, el tamaño de grano medio de la ferrita es de 5 µm o más y 25 µm o menos, la relación de área de la perlita es del 5% o más y menos del 25%, el tamaño de grano medio de la perlita es de 2.0 µm o más, y la trayectoria libre media de la perlita es de 5 µm o más.
