Abstract

　カップ体と、カップ体カバーと、複数の電極ピンを互いに絶縁して保持し該カップ体の開口部を塞ぐ塞栓とをそなえ、該カップ体の内部には、点火薬を有すると共に、該電極ピンに接続され外部からの通電により該点火薬を発火させる加熱素子を、該点火薬に当接して設置したスクイブにおいて、 　該カップ体の外周に、金属製の円筒状またはリング状拘束部材を設け、その周りをカップ体カバーで覆う構造とする。
