本发明涉及一种用于机动车中乘客约束系统的气体发生器的雷管。
可充气防撞囊(安全气囊)和安全带张紧器属于最常用的乘客约束系统。两个约束系统都需要气体发生器,在发生机动车碰撞的情况下,其推进药柱被雷管引爆。因此释放的气体量使安全气囊充气或使安全带张紧器的涡轮机叶轮转动。
根据现有技术已知用于安全气囊气体发生器的雷管。
DE 10 2007 001 640 A1、DE 10 2006 056 077 A1、DE 199 61 134 C1、DE 19836 280 C1、DE 44 29 175 A1、DE 198 36 278 A1、DE 103 26 253 B3、DE 10 2007 031690 B4、EP 1 541 958 A1、EP 0 705 740 B1、EP 1 716 385 B1、EP 2 351 980 A1中对雷管进行了描述,其中底部与具有引爆剂室的壳体之间的气密连接通过环向焊缝或形状配合来实现。
存在于其中的严重缺点在于,当使用主动型引爆剂以及当引爆期间在引爆剂室中产生极高的内部压力时,存在能够出现壁变形或底部开裂的风险(火烧试验)。
EP 1 455 160 B1中详细描述了在引爆过程中用于防止玻璃塞的相对运动或用于防止接触引脚从玻璃塞出来的结构改进。
AT 513505 B1中公开了一些特征,其中玻璃材料从基体脱离的排出力和引脚的抽出力随着引爆器的相当大的突然短时间负载而增加。
从DE 198 20 757 A1已知一种在接触引脚的密封区域中的周向环形凹部。
从US 2005/0 115 434 A1已知一种具有基体44和套筒36的雷管56,其中套筒36借助锥形接续器27以形状配合的方式连接到基体44。不存在具有冲孔底部和限止件的底部折叠部。
FR 2 984 253 A1中公开了一种雷管,其中引爆元件嵌入在合成材料基座中。合成材料基座44和单壁壳体2之间的焊接连接是不可能的。爆炸过程中的火焰直接冲击在合成材料上。用于避免壳体壁在爆炸过程期间变形的特殊特征(例如加强件)是不可辨别的。
WO 2013/118 405 A1中公开了一种雷管,其中雷管12利用基体13和接触引脚14而铸造在合成树脂中。到单壁壳体41的形状配合的连接是通过在压入期间借助机械持续张紧力将锥形区域45的d2扩张到D1来实现的。不设置加强件或具有限止件的底部折叠部。
本发明的目的是指出一种用于乘客约束系统的气体发生器的雷管,其中壳体被加固成在爆炸期间毫无困难地吸收极高的内部压力。
所述目的通过权利要求1的特征来实现。
本发明从特别是在热成型过程中产生具有底部折叠部和限止件的套筒的构思出发。
瑞士专利文献455 691中详细描述了具有底部折叠部的套筒的经济生产。
这种具有底部折叠部的套筒可靠地用于弹药制造中,特别是作为用于奥林匹克速射手枪的缘发式弹药筒,用于在引爆过程中无故障地起作用并且避免套筒在弹药筒室中卡塞或底部开裂(德语公布申请1 578 099)。
折叠部由于底部折叠部在爆炸过程中像加固件一样起作用,并且由此使得能够满足最重要的安全气囊UN测试,即外部火烧试验UN 6(c),也称为“火烧试验”,所以从这一近50年的积极经验来看,具有底部折叠部的套筒能够安全地用于安全气囊引爆器。
接下来将参考实施例更详细地解释本发明:
图1示意性地示出穿过根据本发明的雷管的截面。所述雷管包括具有底部折叠部2的套筒1、套筒5、基体7,其中,套筒1的底部具有圆形4、4a或设计为椭圆形孔4b的至少一个开口;套筒5的一侧被用预定的破裂点6、6a封闭;基体7具有焊接电接触引脚9和嵌入在绝缘材料8中的绝缘电接触引脚11、11a,所述绝缘电接触引脚通过灼热丝13刚性地连接到基体7,其中,组装的基体7在套筒5填充引爆剂12之后通过环焊缝14被以气封的方式以间隔A插入在套筒5中,其中,套筒5通过在引爆区域中具有重叠B的环焊缝15相对于限止件3被插入在套筒1中。
图2示意性地示出一个实施例的截面,其中,嵌入在绝缘材料8中的绝缘弯曲接触引脚11a装配在基体7a的中心,基体7a的壁厚均匀。
图3示意性地示出具有在底部中有三种可能性的不同开口4、4a、4b、接触引脚9、11和11a,以及支撑表面16、17、18的雷管的截面。

Claims (11)

1.一种雷管,其用于机动车中乘客约束系统的气体发生器,所述雷管具有:
套筒(1),其在热成型过程中产生并具有形状配合的底部折叠部(2),其中所述套筒(1)的底部具有圆形(4、4a)或配置为椭圆形孔(4b)的至少一个开口;
套筒(5),其在一侧被用预定的破裂点(6、6a)封闭;
基体(7),其具有焊接电接触引脚(9)和绝缘电接触引脚(11、11a),所述绝缘电接触销(11、11a)嵌入在绝缘材料(8)中并且通过灼热丝(13)刚性地连接到所述基体(7),
其中,组装的基体(7)在所述套筒(5)填充引爆剂(12)之后通过环焊缝(14)被以气封的方式以间隔A插入到所述套筒(5)中,其中,所述套筒(5)通过至少在引爆区域中具有重叠(B)的环焊缝(15)相对于限止件(3)被插入到所述套筒(1)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的雷管,其特征在于,所述接触引脚(11a)是弯曲的并且装配在所述基体(7)的中心。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的雷管,其特征在于,玻璃、陶瓷或合成材料能够用作绝缘材料(8)。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的雷管,其特征在于,能够使用干燥的、液体的或可流动的引爆剂(12)。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的雷管,其特征在于,所述间隔(A在具有标准外部尺寸(19)的所述雷管的注射成型期间借助合成材料来填充,作为所述基体(7)和所述限止件(3)之间的缓冲。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的雷管,其特征在于,所述间隔(A)为0-3mm。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的雷管,其特征在于,所述套筒(1)在延伸的构型(1a)中配置为具有助爆药柱(10)。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的雷管,其特征在于,所述套筒(1、1a)由合成材料制成的绝缘帽包围。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的雷管,其特征在于,特别地在具有弯曲接触引脚(11a)的构型中,所述套筒(1、1a)能够配置为具有或不具有底部折叠部(2)。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的雷管,其特征在于,所述预定的破裂点(6、6a)尤其通过在中心的特别镂刻的凹部(6)而配置在所述套筒(5)的平面的内侧上,并且通过星形设置的凹口(6a)而配置在所述套筒(5)的平面的外侧上。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的雷管,其特征在于,组装的基体(7)可替代地通过环焊缝(14)相对于限止件(3)插入到具有底部折叠部(2)的所述套筒(1)中,其中所述套筒(1)在填充引爆剂(12)之后借助环焊缝(15)由一侧被用预定的破裂点(6、6a)封闭的所述套筒(5)不透气地密封(未示出)。
