　本発明の圧電磁器組成物は、主成分が、一般式{（1-ｘ）（Ｋ1-a-bＮａａＬｉｂ）（Ｎｂ1-ｃＴａｃ）Ｏ３－ｘＭ２Ｍ４Ｏ３}（ただし、Ｍ２はＣａ、Ｂａ、又はＳｒ、Ｍ４はＺｒ、Ｓｎ、又はＨｆ、０．００５≦ｘ≦０．１、０≦ａ≦０．９、０≦ｂ≦０．１、０≦ａ＋ｂ≦０．９、０≦ｃ≦０．３）で表わされ、Ｍｎが前記主成分１００モルに対し２～１５モルの範囲で含有され、かつ、前記Ｍ４が前記主成分１００モルに対し０．１～５．０モルの範囲で含有されている。主成分１００モルに対し０．１～５．０モルの範囲でＮｉが含有するのも好ましく、Ｙｂ、Ｉｎ等の特定の希土類元素を含有させるのも好ましい。セラミック素体１中のセラミック層が、この圧電磁器組成物で形成されている。これにより還元雰囲気での焼結性を改善してＮｉとの共焼成が可能な圧電磁器組成物、及びこれを用いた圧電セラミック電子部品を実現する。
