Abstract

 補助容量(Cs2)を形成する1対の電極のうち絵素電極電位となる電極(79)と対向する側の電極である補助容量電極(91)に電圧を印加する補助容量バスライン(CSLj+1)を備え、前記補助容量電極(91)は、前記補助容量バスライン(CSLj+1)の膜厚方向上方に、前記補助容量バスライン(CSLj+1)とコンタクトホール(82)を介して接続されるように配置されており、前記絵素電極電位となる電極(79)は、前記補助容量電極(91)に膜厚方向上方で対向するように配置されている。これにより、補助容量バスラインをウェットエッチングによってパターン形成しても、補助容量の基板面内ばらつきを抑制することのできる表示パネルを実現する。
