Abstract

 本発明は、輝度・色度の均一性に優れた白色発光を呈し、且つ輝度に応じて色調が変化することで空間演出にも有用な有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子と、それを用いた照明装置を提供する。本発明のエレクトロルミネッセンス素子は、陽極と陰極の間に発光層を有する有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子であって、主照明モードと補助照明モードで色調が異なることを特徴とする。
