Abstract

 ナノファイバーから成る高強度で均質な糸条を生産性よく低コストにて製造するナノファイバーの合糸方法と装置を提供する。  高分子物質が溶媒に溶解した高分子溶液を複数の小穴(7)から流出させるとともに帯電させ、静電爆発にて延伸させて複数本のナノファイバー(11)を生成し、一方向に流動させるナノファイバー生成部(2)と、帯電した高分子溶液と電位差のある電圧が印加され、生成されたナノファイバー(11)を吸引しつつ旋回させて撚りをかけて集束し、ナノファイバー(11)から成る糸条(20)を形成する収集電極部(3)と、収集電極部(3)の中心部を貫通した糸条(20)を巻き取って回収する回収部(5)とを備えている。
