Abstract

 スイッチ素子(63)は第3配線パターン(65)の導通を確立する。磁気抵抗効果膜(53)は短絡する。したがって、例えば静電気放電に基づき過電流が発生しても、過電流は例えば第1配線パターン(61)から第3配線パターン(65)を経由して第2配線パターン(62)に流通する。磁気抵抗効果膜(53)に過電流の流通は最大限に抑制される。しかも、スイッチ素子(63)や第3配線パターン(65)は非磁性膜に埋め込まれる。スイッチ素子(63)や第3配線パターン(65)は磁気抵抗効果膜(53)にできる限り近づくことができる。加えて、スイッチ素子(63)や第3配線パターン(65)は磁気抵抗効果膜(53)の形成と同時に形成される。磁気抵抗効果膜(53)の形成時にすでに磁気抵抗効果膜(53)は短絡する。磁気抵抗効果膜(53)の破壊はより確実に防止される。
