Abstract

【課題】 低振動で大きなトルクが得られるハイブリッド型回転電機を提供すること。 【解決手段】 ＨＢ型ステッピングモータ１０は、２相８主極の固定子２０と一対の回転子磁極で永久磁石を挟んだ２つの単位回転子３２，３３を持つ回転子３０とから構成されている。固定子の主極先端には６本の誘導子歯が形成され、回転子磁極には等ピッチの小歯が形成されている。永久磁石は軸方向で互いに逆方向に磁化され、近接する回転子磁極３２ｂ，３３ａは歯の配置が同一である。誘導子歯Ｐ1～Ｐ6は、中央に第１のピッチＡで形成された一対の内側誘導子歯Ｐ3、Ｐ4と、その外側に第２のピッチＢで形成された一対の中間誘導子歯Ｐ2、Ｐ5と、これに対して第３のピッチＣで最も外側に形成された一対の外側誘導子歯Ｐ1，Ｐ6とにより構成されている。ピッチＡ，Ｂ，Ｃは、全て回転子磁極３２ａの小歯のピッチとは異なり、少なくとも１つのピッチは他のピッチと異なる。
