Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un article façonné en trois dimensions. Le procédé comporte les étapes consistant à: former une couche de poudre par l'apport d'une matière pulvérulente inorganique ou organique sur une plaque (22) de mise en forme, en vue de former une couche de poudre (21) sur la plaque (22); et traiter au moyen d'un faisceau de rayonnement une zone prédéterminée de la couche de poudre (21) afin de cuire ou de traiter par fusion la couche de poudre (21), de manière à former une couche traitée. Dans le procédé, les étapes de formation d'une couche de poudre et de traitement sont répétées pour former un article façonné (11) comportant deux ou davantage de couches traitées, stratifiées d'une seule pièce; et une étape qui consiste à éliminer la surface et l'intérieur de la surface de l'article façonné (11) est répétée au moins une fois pendant la formation de l'article façonné (11). L'étape d'élimination comprend une étape de refroidissement qui consiste à refroidir la plaque (22) de mise en forme à l'aide de moyens de refroidissement donnés. Pendant cette étape, l'article façonné (11) est refroidi à une température prédéterminée, et ultérieurement soumis à un processus d'élimination/finition. L'article façonné (11) ayant été soumis au processus d'élimination/finition ne rétrécit pas, ce qui permet d'améliorer la précision du traitement.
