Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de formation d'empreintes permettant de détacher facilement une pièce moulée en forme de plaque fine collant au moment du décollage à une surface du moule, pour améliorer ainsi la capacité de production. Dans le procédé de formation d'empreintes, un moule (1) ayant un motif formé sur sa surface est poussé contre la surface d'une pièce moulée (2) composée d'une résine ayant la forme d'une plaque fine, en déplaçant le moule (1) et la pièce moulée (2) l'un par rapport à l'autre, pour ainsi transférer le motif de la surface du moule (1) sur la surface de la pièce moulée (2). Après cela, une région de transfert (21) de la pièce moulée (2) est maintenue par un élément de maintien (4), lorsque la pièce moulée (2) collant à la surface du moule (1) doit être séparée. Le moule (1) et l'élément de maintien (4) sont déplacés l'un par rapport à l'autre dans une direction permettant à l'élément de maintien (4) de quitter la surface du moule (1), pour ainsi décoller la pièce moulée (2) de la surface du moule (1).
