Abstract

 本発明はメタライズ層の接合強度を向上させたマグネトロン用セラミックス部品に関する。 当該セラミックス部品は、アルミナ焼結体からなるセラミックス本体部(1)と、セラミックス本体部の一部の表面上に設けられたMo-Mnメタライズ層(9、10)とを有するマグネトロン用セラミックス部品において、セラミックス本体部は、Mnを含む粒界相を有するアルミナ焼結体であり、セラミックス本体部とMo-Mnメタライズ層との間にMnリッチ相を具備する。
