Abstract

Verwendung eines Gegenstands als elektronisches Bauteil, dessen Oberflache ganz oder teilweise einen Verbundwerkstoff aufweist, wobei der Verbundwerkstoff aus einem nicht­metallischen Substrat, enthaltend mindestens ein Polymer, and einer darauf befindlichen au1 enstromlos abgeschiedenen metallischen Schicht mit einer Haftfestigkeit von mindestens 4 N/mm2 besteht.
