Abstract

L'invention porte sur le clonage et l'expression d'une nouvelle séquence d'acide nucléique codant pour l'entérokinase, l'expression ayant été effectuée dans un environnement positif de protéases. L'invention porte également sur un processus amélioré de production d'entérokinases sous la forme de corps d'inclusion de forme active. L'activité spécifique de l'entérokinase produite par la méthode de l'invention est au moins comparable à celle de l'entérokinase disponible dans le commerce.
