Abstract

　本発明は、所望帯域内で平坦なフィルタ特性や、バンドパス特性を得ることができるサンプリングミキサ、フィルタ装置および無線機を提供することを目的とする。 　サンプリングミキサ１００は、ＴＡ（トランスコンダクタンスアンプ）１ａと、ＴＡ１ｂと、ＴＡ１ａ及びＴＡ１ｂに接続された同相ミキサ部１０２と、同相ミキサ部１０２と並列接続された逆相ミキサ部１０３と、同相ミキサ部１０２及び逆相ミキサ部１０３への制御信号を生成する信号生成部１０４とを備えており、異なる相互コンダクタンスで電流変換された信号を用いたＩＩＲフィルタを構成することで、容量比以外に、相互コンダクタンスの重み付けでフィルタ特性を設計することができる。これにより、広帯域フィルタ特性、バンドパスフィルタ特性が得られ、無線通信システムに最適なフィルタ特性を設計することで受信感度劣化を抑えることができる。
