Abstract
本発明は、プラスチック基板上においても製膜可能な比較的低温で半導体多孔質膜を形成し、高効率化と高生産性を両立した色素増感型太陽電池の製造方法を提供することにある。 該色素増感型太陽電池の製造方法は、光透過性の基材に導電層と、増感色素を吸着させた半導体多孔質膜層とを積層したアノード電極と、該アノード電極の半導体多孔質膜層側に対向するカソード電極と、前記アノード電極とカソード電極の2枚の電極間に電解質を封止した構成からなる色素増感型太陽電池の製造方法に関し、前記半導体多孔質膜が半導体の多孔質を形成後、該多孔質中の微粒子表面にプラズマ照射工程を経て表面コート層を形成させることを特徴とする。
