Abstract
本発明は、カプセル型筐体の光学ドームと照明部と光学ユニットとの相対的な位置関係のばらつきを抑制でき、この光学ドームに対する照明部および光学ユニットの好適な各相対位置を高精度に決定できることを目的とする。本発明にかかるカプセル型医療装置は、光学ドーム2b,2cと、光学ドーム2b,2c越しに被検体内部を照明する発光素子3a~3d,6a~6dをそれぞれ実装した照明基板19a,19fと、固体撮像素子5,8に対して被検体内部の画像を結像する光学ユニット4,7と、照明基板19a,19fおよび光学ユニット4,7をそれぞれ固定配置した位置決め部14,15とを有する。位置決め部14,15は、光学ドーム2b,2cの内周面にそれぞれ嵌合固定することによって、光学ドーム2b,2cに対する発光素子3a~3d,6a~6dおよび光学ユニット4,7の各相対位置を決定する。
