Abstract

 含炭素燃料を原料として水素製造と二酸化炭素回収を同時に実施するに際しシステムコスト上昇を抑え効率を向上させる。  含炭素燃料から水素を製造するとともに二酸化炭素を回収する水素製造および二酸化炭素回収方法であって、含炭素燃料を改質して水素と二酸化炭素を含有する水素含有ガスを得る水素含有ガス製造工程;圧力スウィング吸着装置を用いて、該水素含有ガスを、水素が富化されたガスである第一の水素富化ガスと、水素以外の成分が富化されたガスであるPSAオフガスとに分離するPSA工程;ならびに、水素分離膜および二酸化炭素分離膜を用いて該PSAオフガスを処理することにより、水素が富化されたガスである第二の水素富化ガスと、二酸化炭素が富化されたガスである二酸化炭素富化ガスとを得る工程を有する。この方法を実施するための装置。
