Abstract

 スクロール部材の磨耗や変形を低減することが目的とされる。スクロール部材である可動スクロールの製造方法は、工程(a)と工程(b)とを備える。工程(a)では、鋳鉄を成形して、鋳鉄品を得る。例えば、半溶融ダイキャスト法によって鋳鉄を成形する。工程(b)では、工程(a)で得られた鋳鉄品を削って、可動スクロールを得る。工程(a)で得られた鋳鉄品(261)は、固定部(261a)と渦巻き部(261b)とを有する。固定部(261a)は、中心(9)近傍の部分(261a1)の厚み(d1)よりも、外周に近い部分(261a2)の厚み(d2)の方が大きい。渦巻き部(261b)は、固定部(261a)に固定されており、中心(9)の周りを渦巻き状に延びる。鋳鉄品(261)に工程(b)を実行することで、固定部(261a)からは鏡板が得られ、渦巻き部(261b)からは圧縮部材が得られる。
