Abstract

Die vorliegende Anmeldung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Motorbauteils, insbesondere eines Kolbens für einen Verbrennungsmotor, bei dem eine Aluminiumlegierung im Druckgussverfahren abgegossen wird. Dabei weist die Aluminiumlegierung die folgenden Legierungselemente auf: Silizium: 11 Gew.-% bis 14,5 Gew.-%, Nickel: 1,7 Gew.-% bis 3,5 Gew.-%, Kupfer: 3,7 Gew.-% bis 5,2 Gew.-%, Magnesium: 1,6 Gew.-% bis 3,5 Gew.-%, Eisen: 0,6 Gew.-% bis 1,5 Gew.-%, Mangan: 0,2 Gew.-% bis 0,4 Gew.-%, Zirkonium: 0,04 Gew.-% bis 0,1 Gew.-%, Vanadium: 0,04 Gew.-% bis 0,1 Gew.-%, wobei die Aluminiumlegierung im Übrigen Aluminium und nicht zu vermeidende Verunreinigungen aufweist.
