Abstract
본 발명은 자동차 샤시 및 차체에 사용할 수 있는 Al-Mg-Si-Cu 합금을 주조하기 위한 방법으로서, 보호가스의 사용을 최소화하면서도 높은 조성의 Mg을 첨가함으로서 우수한 기계적 특성을 구현할 수 있는 주조방법 및 그 주조방법에 의해 제조된 Al-Mg-Si-Cu 합금의 제공을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명의 일 측면에 의하면, Al 용탕을 준비하는 단계; 상기 Al 용탕에 Al-Mg 모합금, Si 및 Cu를 첨가하는 단계; 및 상기 Al용탕을 주조하는 단계를 포함하는 자동차 샤시 및 차체용 Al-Mg-Si-Cu 합금 주조방법이 제공된다.
