Abstract

 スクロール部材の磨耗や変形を低減することが目的とされる。可動スクロールの製造方法は、工程(a)と工程(b)とを備える。工程(a)では、鋳鉄を成形して、鋳鉄品(261)を得る。工程(b)では、工程(a)で得られた鋳鉄品(261)を削って、可動スクロールを得る。工程(a)で得られる鋳鉄品(261)は、固定部(261a)と渦巻き部(261b)とを有する。渦巻き部(261b)は、固定部(261a)に固定されており、中心(9)の周りを渦巻き状に延びている。渦巻き部(261b)の所定の部分の寸法は、工程(b)の実行後の当該部分の寸法よりも大きい。具体的には、渦巻きの中心(9)側の端(2611)の部分(2612)について、その厚み(d1)が、工程(b)の実行後の部分(2612)の厚み(h1)よりも大きい。
