Abstract

　本発明の非静止物体の三次元画像計測装置は、計測対象物体Ａにパターン光を投影するパターン投影機１と、パターン光が投影された計測対象物体Ａを撮像して画像を撮像するカメラ２と、カメラ２により撮像した画像のデータを処理するデータ処理装置３とから構成され、パターン投影機１とカメラ２により、計測対象物体Ａに全面投影用のパターンの光および強度変調パターン光を投影して画像を撮影し、撮影した全照明反射画像および反射パターン画像により計測対象物体Ａの運動状態を推定し、全照明反射画像もしくは反射パターン画像を調節した上で、反射パターン画像の強度値を補正し、補正された反射パターン画像の強度値から投影パターン光を形成している個別パターン光の投影方向角を算出し、奥行き距離が算出されるので、精度の高い三次元情報を非接触で得ることができる。
