Abstract

 異物混入等の不具合が防止された信頼性の高い液晶表示パネルを提供する。  本発明の液晶表示パネルは、一対の基板と、一対の基板の間に配置された液晶層とを含む貼り合わせ基板と、貼り合わせ基板の光入射側に設けられたマイクロレンズアレイと、貼り合わせ基板の光入射側に、マイクロレンズアレイを囲むように設けられた支持体と、支持体を介して貼り合わせ基板に貼り付けられた光学フィルムとを備え、支持体は、支持体の外面の主面よりも外部空間の側に突出した突出部を有し、支持体には、支持体によって囲まれた内部空間と外部空間とを繋ぐ通気孔が形成されており、通気孔の外部空間側の開口部が突出部の中に形成されている。
