Abstract

【課題】光重合開始剤や添加剤を使用することなく、紫外線照射により硬化物を作製できる硬化性材料およびそれから得られる硬化物の提供、詳述すると、硬化膜を作製できる膜形成材料およびそれから得られる硬化膜の提供。 【解決手段】官能基として、N,N-ジアルキルジチオカルバメート基を分子末端に有する分枝状及び/又は線状の光重合性高分子を含む硬化性材料又は膜形成材料、並びに硬化性材料又は該膜形成材料が光重合により相互に結合して膜形成されることにより得られる硬化物又は硬化膜。
