Abstract

【課題】閾値電圧のシフトが小さい有機トランジスタの製造方法およびその構造を提供すること 【解決手段】一対のソース電極（４）及びドレイン電極（５）と、このソース電極及びドレイン電極間のチャネルを形成するための有機半導体層（６）と、この有機半導体層に積層されるゲート絶縁膜（３）及びゲート電極（２）と、を有する有機トランジスタの製造するにあたり、ポルフィリン化合物を成膜して前記有機半導体層を形成すると共に、シロキサン化合物またはシラザン化合物を成膜し、硬化させて前記ゲート絶縁膜を形成するようにする。
