Abstract

 小型化が進むチューナに用いる低雑音増幅器は省電力化と低雑音化という性能を求められている。低雑音化を図るために、チューナの初段で使われる増幅器において、3次相互変調歪を低減することが効率のよい方法であるが、歪量を外部からの信号で可変的に調整できる低雑音増幅器が必要とされている。そこで、初段の増幅器(9)からの出力をメイン増幅器(20)で増幅し、その出力に歪補償増幅器(30)からの出力を加える構成とする。歪補償増幅器はQ3からQ6までの4つのFETと定電流回路CC1から構成され、バイアスされるQ5とQ6を、Q3とQ4を通じて入力信号で駆動することで、入力信号と逆相の3次歪を発生させ歪をキャンセルさせる。
