Definitions
- the present invention relates to a packaging of a chocolate bar which at least partially serves postal purposes.
- Chocolate tablets are now offered in various forms of packaging. Traditionally, these are mainly chocolate bars, which are wrapped in a foil and then turned over with a decorative paper wrapper.
- the decorative paper wrapper serves essentially only to animate the consumer to a purchase in which appropriate pictorial portions are attached to the top.
- the reverse side usually and compulsorily contains information of declaratory content in accordance with the regulations of the foodstuffs ordinance.
- a packaging of a chocolate bar is known from DE-A-101902959, in which the tabs which are usually located on the rear side of a chocolate bar and are overlapped and glued together are mounted on the front side. The purpose is that thereby at the Open the chocolate bar wrap the decorative side of the chocolate will be visible and not, as usual, the back.
- chocolate bars have been on the market for a while, whose outer casing is made of cardboard-like material, in which the overlaps in the region of the splices are substantially smaller and thus, on the one hand, produce an improved appearance and, moreover, save material.
- FIG. 1 shows the development of a packaging according to the invention with a view of the surfaces lying outside in use
- Figure 2 shows the same packaging with a view of the surfaces in use inside;
- Figure 3 shows the packaging in a pivoted-up intermediate layer for describing the flap;
- FIG. 4 shows the ready-to-eat chocolate bar in the packaging according to the invention with a view of the
- a chocolate bar wrapped up with the packaging according to the invention does not look any different from a conventionally packed chocolate bar, as can be seen in FIG.
- the package which is generally designated 1, has the usual plate-like shape with slightly inclined longitudinal and broad edges.
- this view of the package is indistinguishable from conventional packaging, except that in the preferred embodiment shown here, the back is double-faced, because over a bottom surface 5 there is a flap 13, whereby the bottom surface of the package is substantially stiffened, which is beneficial for the protection of the chocolate bar during shipping.
- the packaging is particularly suitable for chocolate, other tabular foods can be packaged in the same presentation with a certain durability, such as gingerbread or hard cheese slices.
- a particularly preferred embodiment of the subject invention is shown in the figure 1.
- the inventive packaging 1 is shown with a view of the outside in the use of surfaces.
- the front side 2 is the surface which rests on the chocolate bar to be packaged on its surface.
- the bottom surface 5 is formed.
- the two broad edge surfaces 4 close the side adhesive flaps 7.
- the bottom surface 5 has a longitudinal adhesive tab 6 which, in the packaged final state, is adhesively bonded at the bottom to a longitudinal adhesive tab area 19 which is part of a flap 13 in the solution according to the invention of the form shown here.
- the side adhesive tabs 7 connect in the collapsed state, the front surface 2 on the corresponding broad edge surfaces 4 with the bottom surface. 5
- the peculiarity of the inventive packaging 1 shown here lies above all in the fact that the front surface 2 is provided with an address field 8 similar to an aerogram or a postcard, in that the addressee of the chocolate board so dispatched can be inscribed.
- the address field 8 is preferably a printed bar 9 on the clearly visible a postage box 11 is present.
- This postage box 11 can already be provided with a printed stamp. This makes perfect sense, since usually a chocolate wrapper is made of glossy paper and correspondingly less well stick to stamps with water-soluble adhesive. When using self-adhesive stamps, this problem does not arise.
- the area of the postage box 11 may be provided with a special coating on which stamps with water-soluble adhesive adhere well.
- a message 10 may be pre-printed on this front surface 2 in the printed bar 9.
- such messages may consist of a single word, such as "thank you,””sorry,””congratulations,””apology,” and so on.
- the aforementioned flap 13 may be missing and, in principle, that part of the packaging may end up with a longitudinal adhesive flap 19.
- a sender field 20 would then be indicated on the bottom surface 5 on the one hand and on the other hand on this bottom surface 5 the prescribed declaratory information 17 with regard to the ingredients of the packaged chocolate.
- this is not the case in the present case as shown in Figures 1-4.
- the bottom surface 5 is as a stamping surface 21 designed.
- This lettering surface 21 is covered by the flap 13 ready for shipping.
- the sender field 20 and the declaratory information 17 are now printed on the outside of this flap 13.
- This flap 13 is provided with a longitudinal adhesive flap portion 19 which rests on top of the bottom surface 5 and is glued thereto.
- This longitudinal adhesive flap area 19 is separated from the actual flap 13 by a fold 12. To this fold 12, the flap 13 can pivot.
- the flap 13 is provided on its inside with an adhesive patch 16.
- This adhesive field 16 is applied here as an adhesive strip.
- the connection 13 with the bottom surface 5 can be realized with any adhesive agent 14.
- the adhesive agent may also be an adhesive flap 15 which, for example, has the shape of a rondel.
- the adhesive agent 14 is realized as a rondelleous adhesive flap 15 or as an adhesive strip 16, but in any case the adhesive agent should preferably be realized as a conditionally adhesive, so that the flap can be opened and closed several times.
- the adhesive field 16 is realized as a strip of self-adhesive strip, which is then covered with a film, which is deducted only at the definitive connection of the flap 13 with the bottom surface 5.
- the flap 13, which is visible in Figure 3 from its inner side, so that here also the adhesive agent or the adhesive field 16 can be seen, is also designed here as a lettering surface 21 and, for example, be lined accordingly.
- the packaging when using the inventive packaging in tourist areas, may also be decorated with images of an area.
- the flap 13 can be printed with a Mésujet. It can now be the chocolate happy and remove the flap 13 and send to the transmitter as a postcard or postcard to thank you. In this case, it is preferable to additionally provide the fold 12 with perforations to allow easy separation.
- the big advantage of the solution according to the invention is that the consumer does not have to buy a bar of chocolate first in a store, take it home, pack it, label it and stamp it in order to then go to the post office Consumers already packed chocolate, which is already ready to ship, only provided with an address and a sender and if he wishes to provide a few friendly lines.
- Chocolate packaged in this way is particularly suitable for sale directly at the post office or, in particular, in the holiday resorts at the kiosks, grocery stores and hotel receptions.
- the solution with an additional flap on the Back side increases the possibilities to use practically the chocolate similar to a postcard.
- an enlarged inscribable area which is closed to the lockable and therefore not open.
- Hessen bring in the flap slots to fix a small card, such as a loyalty card.
