Abstract

 陽極と、正孔注入層と、発光層と、電子輸送層と、陰極と、を備え、前記正孔注入層は、ポリ(アルキレンジオキシチオフェン)および少なくとも1種の含フッ素コロイド形成ポリマー酸を含み、前記電子輸送層は、下記式(1)で表される含窒素複素環誘導体を含む。  HAr-L-Ar1-Ar2(1) (式中、HArは、置換もしくは無置換の炭素数3~40の含窒素複素環基である。Lは、単結合、置換もしくは無置換の炭素数6~60のアリーレン基、置換もしくは無置換の炭素数3~60のヘテロアリーレン基または置換もしくは無置換のフルオレニレン基である。Ar1は、置換もしくは無置換の炭素数6~60の2価の芳香族炭化水素基である。Ar2は、置換もしくは無置換の炭素数3~60のアリール基である。)
