Abstract

L'invention concerne une matrice de granulation destinée à être utilisée dans un procédé de découpe à chaud, la matrice comprenant une face de décharge de résine disposée en contact avec un courant d'eau et de multiples buses communiquant avec un cylindre d'extrudeuse et débouchant sur la face de décharge de résine, les buses étant disposées le long de la périphérie d'un cercle virtuel sur la face de décharge de résine, et la face de décharge de résine à l'intérieur de la périphérie avec les buses disposées le long de celle-ci étant dotée d'un matériau d'isolation thermique, et de multiples cartouches de chauffage étant disposées au voisinage de la face de décharge de résine de façon à passer à travers le centre de la périphérie et à s'étendre vers l'extérieur. Par cette matrice, des grains de diamètre uniforme peuvent être efficacement produits tout en empêchant toute obstruction d'une buse.
