Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein expandierbares System aus Katheterballon mit einem gekrimpten Stent, wobei dieses System eine schnelle Freisetzungskinetik eines Wirkstoffs mit einer langsamen Freisetzungskinetik eines zweiten Wirkstoff kombiniert, da der Katheterballon mit einem ersten Wirkstoff geeignet für eine schnelle Freisetzung und der Stent mit einem zweiten Wirkstoff geeignet für eine langsamere Freisetzung beschichtet ist. Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist der Katheterballon mit einer zytotoxischen Menge eines ersten Wirkstoffs und der Stent mit einer zytostatischen Menge eines zweiten Wirkstoffs beschichtet.
