Abstract

 ゲート線及びソース線へパルス電圧を印加することにより画素電極に電圧を印加して画像の書き換えが可能な不揮発性の表示パネルの書き換え制御を行う制御装置であって、複数のゲート線40と接続され、その接続されたゲート線40へパルス電圧を発信する複数の個別ゲートパルス印加手段50と、個別ゲートパルス印加手段50の電源を個々にオンオフする複数の個別電源スイッチ52と、表示の書き換えを行なう画素(以下、「書き換え画素」という)に対応するゲート線40と接続された個別ゲートパルス印加手段50の個別電源スイッチ52をオンにし、書き換え画素に対応するゲート線40と接続されていない個別ゲートパルス印加手段50の個別電源スイッチ52をオフにする個別電源スイッチ制御手段54とを備えた表示パネルの制御装置を提供する。
