Abstract

 発光素子32は、内部に赤色光源38r、緑色光源38gおよび青色光源38bを一列に配列し、その表面側に導光プレート40を配置している。この長尺物の発光素子32は、その長手方向においてはほぼ連続するように配列されており、幅方向では大きな間隔をあけて配列されている。導光プレート40の表面には円錐状の凹部41が密に形成され、導光プレートの裏面(光源側)には断面三角形状の凸部42が密に形成されている。導光プレート40は各光源38r、38g、38bから出射された赤色光、緑色光及び青色光を閉じ込めて混色すると共に幅方向に光を広げて出射し、導光プレート40に比べて大面積の領域を均一に照明することができる。
