Abstract

　肌状態の鑑別や化粧料の適切な選択に有用な情報を与えることができる、角層細胞の標本作製の方法において、角層細胞標本の染色を要することなく、角層細胞等の非染色画像を観察可能な疑似カラーで表示する方法を提供することを課題とする。 　皮膚の角層細胞の状態をデジタル式のマイクロスコープ等を用いて拡大イメージ画像としてコンピュータに取り込み、該画像の画素ごとのＲＧＢ値を変換式、変換表又は変換図等の変換方式を用いて変換し、変換された各ＲＧＢ値を用いて疑似カラー表示を行う。
