Abstract

マニュアル・トランスミッションのスイッチ操作による変速動作に違和感を無くすことを可能とする。シンクロナイズ機構による同期を介したカップリング・スリーブ3,5の移動により変速を行なわせるマニュアル・トランスミッション1と、シフト・モータ23及びセレクト・モータ25と、シフト・モータ23及びセレクト・モータ25の動作を制御するアップ・パドル123又はダウン・パドル125と、シフト・モータ23及びセレクト・モータ25の動作を制御する変速コントローラ26とを備えた変速操作装置2において、アップ・パドル123又はダウン・パドル125の操作に対し操作反力を付与可能な操作反力モータ115を設け、カップリング・スリーブ3,5移動に際する反力に応じた操作反力を発生させるように操作反力モータ115を制御する操作反力制御部(変速コントローラ26)を設けたことを特徴とする。
