Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Vakuumkochverfahren zur Herstellung von Austauschsirups umfassend eine Abfüllung unter Vakuum, durch ein solches Verfahren erhältliche Sirups, deren Verwendung und aus diesen Sirups erhältlichen Produkte.
