Abstract

　電力増幅器に、入力信号の振幅変調成分を複数の制御信号に分割して出力すると共に変調波信号またはその位相変調成分を出力する信号発生回路と、制御信号をパルス変調するパルス変調器、パルス変調器から出力される矩形波信号を電流増幅するスイッチングアンプ及びスイッチングアンプの出力信号からスプリアス成分を除去するローパスフィルタを備えた複数の制御信号増幅器と、入力信号を増幅すると共にローパスフィルタの出力信号で振幅変調して出力するＲＦアンプとを有する。
