Abstract

 調理容器Pを載置するトッププレート4と、誘導磁界を発生して調理容器Pを加熱するための加熱コイル6とを有する誘導加熱調理器において、トッププレート4を介して調理容器Pから放射された赤外線を検出する赤外線センサ10と、赤外線センサ10の出力から調理容器Pの温度を算出し算出温度に基づいて加熱コイル6に供給する電力を制御する制御手段24と、赤外線センサ10の上方に設けられ所定の波長以下の光を遮断するフィルタ14と、フィルタ14の周囲に側壁16を設け、フィルタ14と側壁16により赤外線センサ10を覆うことで太陽光Lなどの照射の影響を受けないようにした。
