Abstract

【課題】有機発光層の厚さが均一で、均一な発光を実現できる有機発光素子、有機発光トランジスタ及び発光表示装置を提供する。【解決手段】基材１と、基材１上に設けられた補助電極２と、補助電極２を覆うように設けられた第１絶縁層３と、第１絶縁層３上に設けられた電荷注入層４と、第１絶縁層３上又は電荷注入層４上に所定パターンで設けられた第１電極５及び第２絶縁層６からなる積層体９と、積層体９が設けられていない電荷注入層４上に塗布形成された有機発光層７と、有機発光層７を覆うように設けられた第２電極８とで構成された単画素Ａを多数有し、単画素Ａは、隣接する他の単画素との間で有機発光層７を区画する第１隔壁１１と、第１隔壁１１同士の間に設けられて有機発光層７の塗工厚Ｔが均一になるように区画する第２隔壁１２とを有し、第１隔壁１１及び第２隔壁１２の少なくとも一方を積層体９として、有機発光素子１０を構成する。
