Abstract
物質検知センサは、可撓性を有する絶縁層(2)と、絶縁層の上に、互いに間隔を隔てて対向配置され、電気抵抗検知器に接続される2つの電極(3A、3B)と、絶縁層の上に、2つの電極間にわたって、2つの電極と電気的に接続されるように形成され、特定の物質の種類および/または量に応じて、膨潤する割合が変化する導電性層(4)とを備えている。
