图 3 是本发明实施例的匹配服务器的主要结构图, 参照该图, 该结构主 要包括接收单元 31、 获取单元 32、 输出单元 33 , 各单元之间的连接关系及功 能如下述:
接收单元 31、 输出单元 33分别与获取单元 32相连;
接收单元 31 , 用于接收用户的话单查询请求信号, 需要查询话单的用户 通过对用户终端设备输入查询指令, 用户终端设备随即向本发明实施例的匹 配服务器发送话单查询请求信号, 用户终端设备可为现有技术的带有话单查 询软件的计算机, 该计算机也可以连有打印机等输入输出设备;
获取单元 32 , 用于根据所述话单查询请求信号, 从话单服务器上获取所 述用户的话单信息, 并获取该用户的通讯录信息, 话单信息可包括该用户号 码话单信息的起止时间信息、 在该时间段内的通话次数信息、 各次通话的主 被叫方号码信息、 各次通话的资费信息、 各次通话的起止时间信息、 各次通 话的费用信息等, 而通讯录信息可存储在相应的网络地址本服务器中, 可以 包括该用户上传至网络的姓名信息、 家庭住址信息、 办公电话号码信息以及 其他状态信息;
输出单元 33 ,用于输出所述话单信息及与该话单信息匹配的通讯录信息,
该输出单元 33可将得到的话单信息、 通讯录信息以号码信息为匹配中介, 将 通讯录指示的用户的实际信息与话单显示的号码相匹配, 匹配的实现是将上 述用户的实际信息添加于相应的话单显示的号码信息的相应空白处, 形成话 单信息与通讯录信息的集合输出。
图 4是本发明实施例的匹配服务器的第一实施例的结构示意图, 参照该 图, 该结构主要包括接收单元 41、 获取单元 42、 添加单元 43、 输出单元 44, 其各单元之间连接关系及功能如下述:
接收单元 41、 添加单元 43分别与获取单元 42相连, 添加单元 43与输出 单元 44相连;
添加单元 43用于对获取单元 42获取的话单信息及通讯录信息进行处理, 将与所述话单信息中的主被叫用户标识匹配的通讯录信息添加至所述主被叫 用户标识中, 并将处理后的话单信息发送至所述输出单元 44。
接收单元 41、 获取单元 42、 输出单元 44的作用可同图 3中说明的接收 单元 31、 获取单元 32、 输出单元 33所述相同, 此处不再赘述。
值得说明的是, 所述通讯录信息可存储在不同的网络存储介质上, 如各 种种类的服务器、 存储器等。
图 5是本发明实施例的话单查询系统的主要结构图, 参照该图, 该结构 主要包括话单服务器 51、 匹配服务器 52, 其中匹配服务器 52包括接收单元 521、 获取单元 522、 输出单元 523 , 各个设备、 单元之间的连接关系及功能 如下述:
话单服务器 51与匹配服务器 52相连,接收单元 521、输出单元 523分别 与获取单元 522相连;
接收单元 521 , 用于接收用户通过用户终端设备发送的话单查询请求信 号, 需要查询话单的用户通过对用户终端设备输入查询指令, 用户终端设备 随即向本发明实施例的匹配服务器发送话单查询请求信号, 用户终端设备可 为现有技术的带有话单查询软件的计算机, 该计算机也可以连有打印机等输 入输出设备;
获取单元 522 , 用于根据所述话单查询请求信号,从话单服务器上获取该 用户的话单信息, 并获取该用户的通讯录信息, 话单信息可包括该用户号码 话单信息的起止时间信息、 在该时间段内的通话次数信息、 各次通话的主被 叫方号码信息、 各次通话的资费信息、 各次通话的起止时间信息、 各次通话 的费用信息等, 而通讯录信息可存储在相应的网络地址本服务器中, 包括该 用户上传至网络的姓名信息、 家庭住址信息、 办公电话号码信息以及其他状 态信息;
输出单元 523 , 用于输出所述话单信息及与该话单信息匹配的通讯录信 息, 该输出单元 523 可将得到的话单信息、 通讯录信息以号码信息为匹配中 介, 将通讯录指示的用户的实际信息与话单显示的号码相匹配, 匹配的实现 可以是将上述用户的实际信息添加于相应的话单显示的号码信息的相应空白 处, 形成话单信息与通讯录信息的集合输出至发起所述话单查询的用户终端 设备。
值得说明的是, 所述通讯录信息可存储在不同的网络存储介质上, 如各 种种类的服务器、 存储器等。
图 6是本发明实施例的话单查询系统的第一实施例的结构图, 参照该图, 该结构主要包括话单服务器 61、 网络地址本服务器 64、 匹配服务器 62、 用户 终端设备 63 , 其中匹配服务器 62还包括有接收单元 621、 获取单元 622、 输 出单元 623 , 各设备、 单元之间的连接关系及功能如下述:
网络地址本服务器 64, 用于储存用户的通讯录信息, 该通讯录信息可包 括用户上传至网络的姓名信息、 家庭住址信息、 办公电话号码信息以及其他 状态信息;
话单服务器 61、 接收单元 621、 获取单元 622、 输出单元 623的功能可分 别与图 5 中说明的话单服务器 51、 接收单元 621、 获取单元 622、 输出单元 623的功能相同, 用户终端设备 63同样与图 5中说明的用户终端设备的功能 相同, 此处不再赘述。
图 7是本发明实施例的话单查询的方法的主要流程图, 该流程基于包括
有用户终端设备、 匹配服务器、 话单服务器的话单查询系统, 参照该图, 该 流程主要包括:
步骤 s701 , 匹配服务器根据用户发送的话单查询请求信号, 从话单服务 器上获取该用户的话单信息, 并获取该用户的通讯录信息, 话单信息可包括 该用户号码话单信息的起止时间信息、 在该时间段内的通话次数信息、 各次 通话的主 /被叫方号码信息、各次通话的资费信息、各次通话的起止时间信息、 各次通话的费用信息等, 而通讯录信息可存储在相应的网络地址本服务器中, 包括该用户上传至网络的姓名信息、 家庭住址信息、 办公电话号码信息以及 其他状态信息;
步骤 s702 , 匹配服务器输出所述话单信息及与该话单信息匹配的通讯录 信息, 可将得到的话单信息、 通讯录信息以号码信息为匹配中介, 将通讯录 指示的用户的实际信息与话单显示的号码相匹配, 匹配的实现可以是将上述 用户的实际信息添加于相应的话单显示的号码信息的相应空白处, 形成话单 信息与通讯录信息的集合输出。
图 8是本发明实施例的话单查询的方法的第一实施例的流程图, 该流程 基于包括有浏览器或打印机、 匹配服务器、 话单服务器、 网络地址本服务器 的话单查询系统, 参照该图, 该流程主要包括:
步骤 s801 , 作为用户终端设备的浏览器或打印机向匹配服务器发送话单 查询请求信号。
步骤 s802 , 匹配服务器向话单服务器发送话单查询请求信号。
步骤 s803 , 匹配服务器向网络地址本服务器发送通讯录查询请求信号, 查询发起该话单查询请求的用户的通讯录信息。
步骤 s804 , 话单服务器根据所述话单查询请求信号, 向匹配服务器反馈 该用户的话单信息, 该话单信息可包括该用户号码话单信息的起止时间信息、 在该时间段内的通话次数信息、 各次通话的主 /被叫方号码信息、 各次通话的 资费信息、 各次通话的起止时间信息、 各次通话的费用信息等。
步骤 s805 , 网络地址本服务器向匹配服务器反馈该用户的通讯录信息,
该通讯录信息可包括用户上传至网络的需要联系的用户的姓名信息, 当然也 可根据需要, 还可以包含其他如家庭住址信息、 办公电话号码信息等其他状 态信息, 处理类似。
步骤 s806 , 匹配服务器将与话单信息主 /被叫用户的姓名信息匹配的通讯 录信息添加至所述话单信息中的相应位置, 生成集合了该主 /被叫用户姓名信 息的话单信息。
步骤 s807 , 匹配服务器将步骤 s806所述添加处理后生成的话单信息反馈 至用户侧的浏览器或打印机进行显示或打印, 所显示或打印结果可仍如图 9 所示, 但在实施时并不仅限于此种形式的显示。
值得说明的是, 上述设备、 系统、 方法中也可以去掉所述添加处理功能 对应的单元与步骤, 而不影响本发明实施例的实施。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的普通 技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以做出若干改进和润饰, 这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims
1、 一种话单服务器, 包括用于接收话单查询请求信号的接收单元和用于 提供话单信息的话单提供单元, 其特征在于, 该话单服务器还包括:
获取单元, 用于根据所述话单查询请求信号, 获取同所述话单信息匹配 的通讯录信息;
输出单元, 用于输出所述话单信息及所述通讯录信息。
2、如权利要求 1所述的话单服务器, 其特征在于,该话单服务器还包括: 网络地址本单元, 用于存储通讯录信息。
3、 一种匹配服务器, 其特征在于, 该匹配服务器包括:
接收单元, 用于接收用户的话单查询请求信号;
获取单元, 用于根据所述话单查询请求信号, 获取所述用户的话单信息, 并获取该用户的通讯录信息;
输出单元, 用于输出所述话单信息及与该话单信息匹配的所述通讯录信 息。
4、 一种话单查询系统, 包括用于提供用户话单信息的话单服务器, 其特 征在于, 该系统还包括:
匹配服务器, 用于接收用户发送的话单查询请求信号, 根据所述话单查 询请求信号, 获取该用户的话单信息, 并获取该用户的通讯录信息, 输出所 述话单信息及与该话单信息匹配的通讯录信息。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的话单查询系统, 其特征在于, 所述匹配服务器包 括:
接收单元, 用于接收用户发送的话单查询请求信号;
获取单元, 用于根据所述话单查询请求信号, 获取该用户的话单信息, 并获取该用户的通讯录信息;
输出单元, 用于输出所述话单信息及与该话单信息匹配的通讯录信息。
6、 如权利要求 4所述的话单查询系统, 其特征在于, 该系统还包括:
网络地址本服务器, 用于存储通讯录信息。
7、 一种话单查询的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括:
根据用户发送的话单查询请求信号, 获取该用户的话单信息, 并获取该 用户的通讯录信息;
输出所述话单信息及与该话单信息匹配的通讯录信息。
