本发明的一种分次上胶及分色植绒的制备方法, 其特征在于按以下步骤进 行: (1 )根据分色植绒花布产^的若干个不同颜色的色块及位置在待印基布上对 应划分若干次上胶及植绒的区域; (2 )在每一次的对位上胶及分色植绒之后, 随 之进行烘干与风冷处理, 作为完成一个颜色植绒的生产制备单元; (3 )在待印基 布传动机构沿水平方向上根据不同颜色的色块的个数依次相应配设若干套对位 上胶、 分色植绒、烘干及风冷设备, 其中最后一个颜色色块的生产制备单元只设 置对位上胶设备, 其余的植绒、烘干、 风冷设备是采用与之配套的现有常规的植 绒生产线; (4) 由待印基布传动机构带动待印基布沿水平方向行进, 至第一次上 胶设备工位时进行第一次对位上胶;至第一次分色植绒工位时进行第一次对位分 色植绒,接着经第一次烘干和第一次风冷处理, 沿传动机构进入下一轮的对位上 胶、 分色植绒、 烘干及风冷处理; (5 )待印基布随传动机构进入最后一个颜色色 块的生产制备单元进行最后一次的对位上胶,其余的植绒、烘干及风冷是采用与 之配套的现有常规的植绒生产线完成最后一次植绒、烘干、冷却,经刷毛、收卷, 完成生产全过程。

为了及时升起整个热风烘干装置, 所述的升降机构为升降工作气缸。
为了使热风烘干后的待印基布表面温度下降,用以满足后一道分次上植绒粘 合剂对布面温度的要求,在每一组热风烘干装置之后设置了风冷装置,所述的第 一组风冷装置至第 n组风冷装置, 每组均由风机与风罩组成。
上述的分色植绒装置是由机架、位于机架中心位置的落毛槽、位于落毛槽下 侧的负高压电极网和位于传动机构的输布传送带下方的地极组成。
当己经定位分色植绒的基布在橡胶导带出布侧(后端)出布后, 导带表面沾 有很多粘合剂、绒毛等污染物,在扁长圆环形橡胶导带的下方需要进行多次的刷 洗和擦洗而后再将导带面上的水刮干,所述的第一组刷洗毛刷箱、第二组刷洗毛 刷箱, 每组均由 2-4只硬猪棕毛刷、 喷水管和不锈钢外壳及电机构成, 所述一组 喷淋海棉擦洗装置是由 2-4只耐磨擦海棉和喷水管及不锈钢骨架构成,所述的一 组树脂刮水刀, 是由 1-2只耐磨擦聚氨脂树脂刮水刀及不锈钢骨架构成。
为了使待印基布能平整地贴在导带上,所述的导带上贴布树脂装置是由上树 脂的橡胶辊、 树脂刮刀、 不锈钢外壳组成。
本发明实施例二 (如图 3、 图 4、 图 5 ) 与实施例一的主要区别在于: 所述 传动机构的进布端上设有圆网印花装置, 为了实现对花位印花的连续性生产,所 述的一组圆网印花装置由 1至 12个圆网印花装置组成。
本发明实施例二可兼容生产两类产品,'而本发明实施例一只生产第一类产 品。第一类产品是定位分色植绒产品,第二类产品是染料印花或涂料印花加定位 分色植绒产品。生产第一类产品的工艺流程是:进布一上植绒粘合剂一分色植绒 —热风烘干一风冷一上植绒粘合剂一热风烘干一风冷一上最后一次植绒粘合剂 —出布一进入配置的普通植绒生产线,完成最后一次植绒,经烘干、冷却、刷毛、 收卷, 生产出定位分色植绒花布产品; 生产第二类产品的工艺流程是: 进布一圆 网套色印花一热风烘干一风冷一上植绒粘合剂一分色植绒一热风烘干一风冷一 上最后一次植绒粘合剂一出布一进入配置的普通植绒生产线, 完成最后一次植 绒, 经烘干、 冷却、 刷毛、 收卷、 生产出染料或涂料印花加定位分色植绒花布产 品。 生产过程待印基布紧贴在传动机构的橡胶导带上平面, 经橡胶导带的输送, 待印基布连续从前端到达后端, 当待印基布到达后端之后, 随即离开橡胶导带, 进入所配置的普通植绒生产线的下一道工序,以完成生产全过程。而橡胶导带随张 紧传动轮作连续环形运转,从而连续不断地输送待印基布,使整个运行过程以连 续不间歇的布速 (或车速) 进行。
本发明实施例二采用圆网印花与分次上植绒粘合剂、分色植绒、分次烘干与 冷却, 在连续性的生产运行中, 由于各个工序的合理设计, 满足了各道工序所需 的技术条件和生产要素,使之能够比较理想的达到连续性机械化生产多套色对位 印花和多套色定位分色植绒的高级植绒花布产品。较之己有的技术而言,本发明 的显著优点是: 1、 多套色对位印花加多套色定位分色植绒的高级植绒花布产品 实现连续性机械化生产; 2、 本发明生产的这一类高级植绒花布产品是目前国内 外市场非常喜欢的装饰布面料和服装面料,本发明的连续性机械化量产能够满足 国内外广大消费者的需要。
本发明实施例二的具体构造特征:包括依次布设于待对位印花与分次上胶及 分色植绒的基布 1输送用的扁长圆环形橡胶导带 5上从进布侧(前端)至出布侧
(后端) 依次排列布设一组圆网印花装置 2, 第一组圆网上植绒粘合剂装置 3, 第一组分色植绒装置 4, 第一组热风烘干装置 6, 第一组风冷装置 7, 第二组圆 网上植绒粘合剂装置 8, 第二组分色植绒装置 9, 第二组热风烘干装置 10, 第二 组风冷装置 11 , 第三组至第 n组圆网上植绒粘合剂装置、 分色植绒装置、 热风 烘干装置、 风冷装置 12, 最后一组圆网上植绒粘合剂装置 13, 所述的一组圆网 印花装置 2, 由 1-12个普通的圆网印花装置组成, 所述的第一组、第二组至最后 一组圆网上植绒粘合剂装置, 由 1-2个圆网上植绒粘合剂装置组成, 所述的第一 组、 第二组至第 n组分色植绒装置, 由机架 16、 负高压电极网 17、 落毛槽 18, 以及地极 19组成, 所述的第一组、 第二组至第 n组热风烘干装置, 由 4-16套可 调温度远红外线电加热装置或采用蒸汽散热器或导热油散热器的热风烘干装置 组成, 该装置由气缸 15 支撑, 工作时加热面离橡胶导带 5 的上平面在 50mm-200mm之间可调, 当停车或临时急停时该装置的气缸 15立即将整个热风 烘干装置升起, 使得其加热面离开橡胶导带 5的上平面在 500mm-1000nim之间 可调。 所述的第一组、 第二组至第 n组风冷装置, 由风机与风罩组成, 所述的扁 长圆环形橡胶导带 5呈扁长圆环形安装,并由设于其内侧前后两端的张紧传动轮 14 分别向前和向后张紧并作固定方向驱动, 其长圆形的高度一般为 300mm-600mm , 其长圆形的长度一般为 30m-60m, 橡胶导带的周长一般为 60m-120m之间, 宽度一般为 1.6m-3.8m, 其橡胶导带厚度一般为 2mm-4mm。

Claims

权利要求书
1.一种分次上胶及分色植绒的制备方法, 其特征在于按以下步骤进行: (1 ) 根据分色植绒花布产品的若干个不同颜色的色块及位置在待印基布上对应划分 若干次上胶及植绒的区域; (2 )在每一次的对位上胶及分色植绒之后, 随之进行 烘干与风冷处理, 作为完成一个颜色植绒的生产制备单元; (3 )在待印基布传动 机构沿水平方向上根据不同颜色的色块的个数依次相应配设若干套对位上胶、分 色植绒、烘干及风冷设备, 其中最后一个颜色色块的生产制备单元只设置对位上 胶设备,其余的植绒、烘干、风冷设备是采用与之配套的现有常规的植绒生产线; (4 ) 由待印基布传动机构带动待印基布沿水平方向行进, 至第一次上胶设备工 位时进行第一次对位上胶; 至第一次分色植绒工位时进行第一次对位分色植绒, 接着经第一次烘干和第一次风冷处理,沿传动机构进入下一轮的对位上胶、分色 植绒、烘干及风冷处理; (5 )待印基布随传动机构进入最后一个颜色色块的生产 制备单元进行最后一次的对位上胶,其余的植绒、烘干及风冷是采用与之配套的 现有常规的植绒生产线完成最后一次植绒、 烘干、 冷却, 经刷毛、 收卷, 完成生 产全过程。
2.如权利要求 1所述的一种分次上胶及分色植绒的制备方法的专用设备, 包 括待印基布传动机构,其特征在于:在该传动机构上依次布设有若干组分次上胶 植绒烘干风冷设备,所述分次上胶植絨烘干风冷设备为沿传动机构依次布设的圆 网上植绒粘合剂装置、分色植绒装置、 热风供干装置和风冷装置, 所述传动机构 的出布端设有最后一组圆网上植绒粘合剂装置。
3.根据权利要求 2所述的分次上胶及分色植绒的制备方法的专用设备, 其特 征在于: 所述传动机构的进布端上设有圆网印花装置。
4.根据权利要求 3所述的分次上胶及分色植绒的制备方法的专用设备, 其特 征在于: 所述的热风烘干装置设有升降机构。
5.根据权利要求 4所述的分次上胶及分色植绒的制备方法的专用设备, 其特 征在于: 所述的升降机构为升降工作气缸。 '
6.根据权利要求 2、 3、 4或 5所述的分次上胶及分色植绒的制备方法的专用 设备,其特征在于:所述的分色植绒装置是由机架、位于机架中心位置的落毛槽、 位于落毛槽下侧的负高压电极网和位于传动机构的输布传送带下方的地极组成。
