本发明涉及涂布设备技术领域,尤其是指一种涂布机。
背景技术
涂布机主要用于薄膜、纸张等的表面涂布工艺生产,此机是将成卷的基材涂上一层特定功能的胶、涂料或油墨等,并烘干后收卷。基于目前电子设备越来越多,对于薄膜的需求也随之越来越多,因此各个企业对于薄膜的性能要求也越来越高,这也促进了涂布机的发展。
然而,目前的涂布机为了控制胶体成型的厚度,都会设置有刮胶刀,然后通过刮刀来刮去超出厚度的涂胶。这种做法具有以下的不足:当所需的膜的厚度非常薄时,刮刀的精度难以控制,既难以刮出符合厚度的涂胶,又可能因刮刀下降过低而导致把涂布刮伤,增大了生产成本。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的问题提供一种涂布机,能够精确控制涂胶的厚度,并且避免涂布被刮伤。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明提供的一种涂布机,包括机架,所述机架设置有挤胶机构、背胶辊轮、上夹胶辊轮、用于控制所述上夹胶辊轮升降的升降机构和位于所述上夹胶辊轮下方的下夹胶辊轮,所述上夹胶辊轮、所述下夹胶辊轮和所述背胶辊轮分别连接有驱动电机;所述背胶辊轮设置在所述挤胶机构和所述下夹胶辊轮之间;所述背胶辊轮上方设置有挡胶机构,所述下夹胶辊轮的侧边设置有用于承托涂布的承托机构。
进一步的,所述升降机构包括升降气缸、滚轴座、顶块、调节丝杆、滑动件和蜗轮蜗杆机构,所述上夹胶辊轮安装于所述滚轴座,所述升降气缸的输出端连接于所述滚轴座,所述顶块设置在所述滚轴座的底部,所述顶块的底部设置有调节斜面,所述滑动件抵触所述调节斜面;所述滑动件滑动连接于所述机架,所述调节丝杆安装于所述机架,所述滑动件螺纹连接于所述调节丝杆,所述蜗轮蜗杆机构用于驱动所述调节丝杆转动。

本发明的有益效果:本发明通过升降机构的设置,用以精确控制上夹胶辊轮的高度,从而使得上夹胶辊轮和下夹胶辊轮之间的间隙高度保持恒定,从而使得涂胶的厚度保持恒定;同时,由于上夹胶辊轮和下夹胶辊轮都在驱动电机的作用下一直转动,在涂布经过上夹胶辊轮时,不会因上夹胶辊轮与涂布之间产生的摩擦力过大而导致涂布刮伤。

为了便于本领域技术人员的理解,下面结合实施例与附图对本发明作进一步的说明,实施方式提及的内容并非对本发明的限定。以下结合附图对本发明进行详细的描述。
如图1和图2所示,本发明提供的一种涂布机,包括机架1,所述机架1设置有挤胶机构2、背胶辊轮11、上夹胶辊轮12、用于控制所述上夹胶辊轮12升降的升降机构5和位于所述上夹胶辊轮12下方的下夹胶辊轮13,所述上夹胶辊轮12、所述下夹胶辊轮13和所述背胶辊轮11分别连接有驱动电机6;所述背胶辊轮11设置在所述挤胶机构2和所述下夹胶辊轮13之间;所述背胶辊轮11上方设置有挡胶机构3,所述下夹胶辊轮13的侧边设置有用于承托涂布7的承托机构4。
在本发明工作时,先在上夹胶辊轮12绕接有一涂布7,下夹胶辊轮13绕接有另一涂布7,缠绕于下夹胶辊轮13的涂布7还绕接于背胶辊轮11,然后上夹胶辊轮12和下夹胶辊轮13分别转动,带动涂布7移动,再由挤胶头喷出涂胶在缠绕于背胶辊轮11的涂布7上,由该涂布7带动涂胶移动,然后由位于该涂布7上方的挡胶机构3防止涂胶向两端散开;当涂布7经过上夹胶辊轮12和下夹胶辊轮13之间时,由于上夹胶辊轮12和下夹胶辊轮13的高度是恒定的,因此超出高度的涂胶会被挡住,从而让设定厚度的涂胶经过上夹胶辊轮12和下夹胶辊轮13之间。本发明通过升降机构5的设置,用以精确控制上夹胶辊轮12的高度,从而使得上夹胶辊轮12和下夹胶辊轮13之间的间隙高度保持恒定,从而使得涂胶的厚度保持恒定;同时,由于上夹胶辊轮12和下夹胶辊轮13都在驱动电机6的作用下一直转动,在涂布7经过上夹胶辊轮12时,不会因上夹胶辊轮12与涂布7之间产生的摩擦力过大而导致涂布7刮伤。
除此以外,如图1或图2所示,为了解决下夹胶辊轮13无法保证涂布7水平的问题,本发明在下夹胶辊轮13的侧边还设置有承托机构4,用以辅助下夹胶辊轮13承托涂布7,避免因涂胶的重量过大而导致缠绕于下夹胶辊轮13的涂布7下陷,从而确保了涂胶不变形。
具体的,如图4至图6所示,所述升降机构5包括升降气缸51、滚轴座52、顶块53、调节丝杆54、滑动件55和蜗轮蜗杆机构56,所述上夹胶辊轮12安装于所述滚轴座52,所述升降气缸51的输出端连接于所述滚轴座52,所述顶块53设置在所述滚轴座52的底部,所述顶块53的底部设置有调节斜面531,所述滑动件55抵触所述调节斜面531;所述滑动件55滑动连接于所述机架1,所述调节丝杆54安装于所述机架1,所述滑动件55螺纹连接于所述调节丝杆54,所述蜗轮蜗杆机构56用于驱动所述调节丝杆54转动。
在需要调整上夹胶辊轮12和下夹胶辊轮13之间的距离时,先驱动升降气缸51把滚轴座52提起,带动上夹胶辊轮12和顶块53向上移动,然后转动蜗轮蜗杆机构56带动调节丝杆54转动,从而带动滑动件55在机架1上滑动;当滑动件55滑动至所需位置时,控制升降气缸51下降,使得顶块53的调节斜面531与滑动件55抵触,使得调节斜面531压在滑动件55上。由于调节斜面531的两端的高度是不同的,因此滑动件55与调节斜面531抵触的位置不同,调节斜面531所下降的高度不同,因而控制了上夹胶辊轮12下降的高度,从而实现了通过控制滑动件55的位置来控制上夹胶辊轮12与下夹胶辊轮13之间的距离。由于蜗轮蜗杆机构56具有自锁功能,采用让蜗轮蜗杆机构56来微调滑动件55的位置,调节丝杆54转动停止转动时,动滑动件55会保持顶住顶块53,实现锁紧。
具体的,如图6所示,所述滑动件55包括滑套551、滑动座552和顶升块553,所述机架1设置有滑轨14,所述滑套551滑动连接于所述滑轨14,所述滑动座552固定安装于所述滑套551,所述顶升块553安装于所述滑动座552,所述顶升块553的顶部设置有滑辊5531,所述滑辊5531与所述调节斜面531抵触,所述顶升块553的顶部还设置有抵压件5532,所述抵压件5532与所述调节斜面531抵触。通过滑轨14与滑套551的配合,用以控制滑动件55的移动方式是直线移动,从而避免滑动件55向两侧移动而影响了精度;除此以外,顶升块553上设置有滑辊5531,是为了在升降气缸51下降以后还需要微调上夹胶辊轮12与下夹胶辊轮13之间的距离时,无需把升降气缸51升起也可以进行微调,此时滑辊5531能够减少顶升块553与顶块53之间的摩擦,从而减少顶块53的磨损,避免因顶块53磨损而导致影响了上夹胶辊轮12和下夹胶辊轮13之间的高度精度;而抵压件5532的设置,则是避免了顶块53与滑辊5531抵触时,顶块53完全压在滑辊5531上,从而避免了滑辊5531的损坏。作为优选的,抵压件5532倾斜设置,其倾斜角度与调节斜面351的坡度相等,使得低压效果更佳。
具体的,如图5所示,所述顶升块553的底部设置有安装件5533,所述顶升块553的两侧分别设置有第一连接件5534,所述滑动座552的顶部设置有用于容设所述安装件5533的安装槽5521,所述滑动座552的两侧分别凸起形成第二连接件5522,所述第一连接件5534螺接于所述第二连接件5522。安装件5533和安装槽5521的配合,使得顶升块553能够安装在滑动座552的指定位置,避免了因顶升块553位置变化而影响了上夹胶辊轮12与下夹胶辊轮13之间的高度精度;而第一连接件5534与第二连接件5522的设置,这是让顶升块553固定安装于滑动座552上,保证了顶升块553的稳定性,从而保证了上夹胶辊轮12与下夹胶辊轮13之间的高度能够可靠,精准地进行调节。
如图7所示,在本实施例中,所述承托机构4包括设置在所述下夹胶辊轮13两侧的两根托胶辊41,托胶辊41的顶部与所述下夹胶辊轮13的顶部位于同一水平面;托胶辊41连接有用于驱动托胶辊41转动的托胶电机42。通过两根托胶辊41的设置,用以辅助下夹胶辊轮13承托涂设有涂胶的涂布7,从而保证了涂胶不会因涂布7下陷而导致变形;同时,托胶辊41设置有托胶电机42,用以让托胶辊41与下夹胶辊轮13保持相同的线速度转动,使得托胶辊41与涂布7之间的全部摩擦力均为滚动摩擦力,减少了托胶辊41与涂布7之间的摩擦力,从而避免托胶辊41刮伤涂布7。
如图8所示,在本实施例中,所述挡胶机构3包括挡胶导杆31和两块间隔并列设置的挡胶板32,挡胶板32用于抵触设置于所述背胶辊轮11的涂布7;所述挡胶导杆31固定安装于所述机架1,所述挡胶板32滑动连接于所述挡胶导杆31;所述挡胶导杆31还设置有用于对所述挡胶板32进行限位的限位套33。挡胶板32抵触涂布7,用以避免涂胶往两侧散开,限位套33的设置,则是用以固定挡胶板32,防止挡胶板32移动而影响了涂胶的厚度;当需要调整两块挡胶板32之间的宽度时,只需拆下限位套33然后再调整,当调整好以后再把限位套33安装至挡胶导杆31即可。
具体的,如图8所示,所述挡胶机构3还包括用于调整所述挡胶导杆31高度的调整机构34,所述调整机构34包括调高导轨341、调整座342和传动杆343,所述调高导轨341安装于所述机架1,所述调整座342滑动连接于所述调高滑轨14,所述挡胶导杆31固定安装于所述调整座342,所述调整座342固定连接于所述传动杆343,所述传动杆343的侧壁设置有螺纹,所述传动杆343螺接于所述机架1;所述传动杆343还连接有用于驱动所述传动杆343转动的转动把手344。在需要调整挡胶板32的高度时,通过转动把手344控制传动杆343转动,从而让调整座342带着挡胶板32升降移动,由于传动杆343是随着螺纹而改变高度的,因此其精度也是可控的,能够调整挡胶板32的高度使得挡胶板32恰好与缠绕于下夹胶辊轮13的涂布7抵触,从而避免挡胶板32压在涂布7上而导致涂布7变形或者刮伤涂布7。
如图1和图9所示,在本实施例中,所述挤胶机构2包括装胶罐21、齿轮泵(图中未标注)、调压阀24和用于调节所述喷墨机构与所述背胶辊轮11之间的距离的调模机构25,所述装胶罐21设置有喷胶口22,所述装胶罐21安装于所述调模机构25,所述齿轮泵用于控制喷胶流量,所述调压阀24安装于所述齿轮泵。齿轮泵和调压阀24的配合,用以控制挤胶头所喷出的胶体的流量,使得胶体喷射在涂布7上时,其厚度能够接近所需的厚度,从而提高了涂胶的利用率。作为优选的,所述调模机构25包括装模件251和调模气缸252,所述装胶罐21固定安装于所述装模件251,所述调模气缸252的输出端连接于所述装模件251,所述调模气缸252固定安装于所述机架1;所述调模气缸252连接有用于对所述调模气缸252的行程进行微调的微调阀(图中未标注)。通过微调阀控制平移气缸前后移动,从而调整挤胶头与涂布7之间的距离,能够最大化地让涂胶附着在涂布7上,避免了涂胶在重力的作用下掉落以及涂胶飞溅至四周,进一步提高了涂胶的利用率。
为了让掉落或者飞溅的涂胶能够再利用,如图9所示,在本实施例中,所述挤胶机构2还包括有用于承托飞溅出的胶体的接胶机构26,所述接胶机构26连接于所述装胶罐21并位于所述喷胶口22的下方,所述接胶机构26的底部设置有用于连通胶盒的出胶口27。掉落的或者飞溅的涂胶,会在重力的作用下掉落至承胶槽中,然后由出胶口27流入至于出胶口27连通的胶盒中,使得飞溅的涂胶能够回收利用,从而提升了涂胶的利用率,避免了涂胶的浪费。
具体的,如图9所示,所述出胶口27设置在所述接胶机构26的底部中间处,所述接胶机构26的底部自两端向所述出胶口27的位置倾斜设置,使得溅落在接胶机构26的涂胶能够在重力作用下流至出胶口27,从而便于涂胶的收集,避免涂胶溅落在承托件以后固定黏在承托件的底部。

Claims (9)

1.一种涂布机,其特征在于:包括机架,所述机架设置有挤胶机构、背胶辊轮、上夹胶辊轮、用于控制所述上夹胶辊轮升降的升降机构和位于所述上夹胶辊轮下方的下夹胶辊轮,所述上夹胶辊轮、所述下夹胶辊轮和所述背胶辊轮分别连接有驱动电机;所述背胶辊轮设置在所述挤胶机构和所述下夹胶辊轮之间;所述背胶辊轮上方设置有挡胶机构,所述下夹胶辊轮的侧边设置有用于承托涂布的承托机构;
所述升降机构包括升降气缸、滚轴座、顶块、调节丝杆、滑动件和蜗轮蜗杆机构,所述上夹胶辊轮安装于所述滚轴座,所述升降气缸的输出端连接于所述滚轴座,所述顶块设置在所述滚轴座的底部,所述顶块的底部设置有调节斜面,所述滑动件抵触所述调节斜面;所述滑动件滑动连接于所述机架,所述调节丝杆安装于所述机架,所述滑动件螺纹连接于所述调节丝杆,所述蜗轮蜗杆机构用于驱动所述调节丝杆转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涂布机,其特征在于:所述滑动件包括滑套、滑动座和顶升块,所述机架设置有滑轨,所述滑套滑动连接于所述滑轨,所述滑动座固定安装于所述滑套,所述顶升块安装于所述滑动座,所述顶升块的顶部设置有滑辊,所述滑辊与所述调节斜面抵触。
3.根据权利要求2所述的涂布机,其特征在于:所述顶升块的底部设置有安装件,所述顶升块的两侧分别设置有第一连接件,所述滑动座的顶部设置有用于容设所述安装件的安装槽,所述滑动座的两侧分别凸起形成第二连接件,所述第一连接件螺接于所述第二连接件。
4.根据权利要求1所述的涂布机,其特征在于:所述承托机构包括设置在所述下夹胶辊轮两侧的两根托胶辊,托胶辊的顶部与所述下夹胶辊轮的顶部位于同一水平面;托胶辊连接有用于驱动托胶辊转动的托胶电机。
5.根据权利要求1所述的涂布机,其特征在于:所述挡胶机构包括挡胶导杆和两块间隔并列设置的挡胶板,挡胶板用于抵触设置于所述背胶辊轮的涂布;所述挡胶导杆固定安装于所述机架,所述挡胶板滑动连接于所述挡胶导杆;所述挡胶导杆还设置有用于对所述挡胶板进行限位的限位套。
6.根据权利要求5所述的涂布机,其特征在于:所述挡胶机构还包括用于调整所述挡胶导杆高度的调整机构,所述调整机构包括调高导轨、调整座和传动杆,所述调高导轨安装于所述机架,所述调整座滑动连接于所述调高滑轨,所述挡胶导杆固定安装于所述调整座,所述调整座固定连接于所述传动杆,所述传动杆的侧壁设置有螺纹,所述传动杆螺接于所述机架;所述传动杆还连接有用于驱动所述传动杆转动的转动把手。
7.根据权利要求1所述的涂布机,其特征在于:所述挤胶机构包括装胶罐、齿轮泵、调压阀和用于调节所述装胶罐与所述背胶辊轮之间的距离的调模机构,所述装胶罐设置有喷胶口,所述装胶罐安装于所述调模机构,所述齿轮泵用于控制喷胶流量,所述调压阀安装于所述齿轮泵。
8.根据权利要求7所述的涂布机,其特征在于:所述调模机构包括装模件和调模气缸,所述装胶罐固定安装于所述装模件,所述调模气缸的输出端连接于所述装模件,所述调模气缸固定安装于所述机架;所述调模气缸连接有用于对所述调模气缸的行程进行微调的微调阀。
9.根据权利要求7所述的涂布机,其特征在于:所述挤胶机构还包括有用于承托飞溅出的胶体的接胶机构,所述接胶机构连接于所述装胶罐并位于所述喷胶口的下方,所述接胶机构的底部设置有用于连通胶盒的出胶口;所述出胶口设置在所述接胶机构的底部中间处,所述接胶机构的底部自两端向所述出胶口的位置倾斜设置。
