本实用新型的目的是提供一种杠杆式订书器, 通过在压针板的上面连接一杠杆压 板, 使作用力在相同的情况下, 订书力有成倍增加, 克服了现有订书器订书力不足的 问题。
技术方案 实现本实用新型的技术方案是: 这种订书器包括塑胶盖、 压针板、 订针弹片、 针槽 盒、 针槽、 推针器、 推针弹簧轴、 推针弹簧、 针板、 支架、 底座、 旋转轴, 其中所达压 针板的上面设有杠杆压板, 该杠杆压板的后端通过支点轴铰接在支架上, 该杠杆压板上 还设有杠杆轴, 该杠杆轴与压针板顶面接触。

如图所示,本订书器的目的是为了提高装订文件的装订力和厚度,从而减小外需力。 本订书器由底座部件通过旋转轴 17连接装针部件和订针部件, 在订针部件订针弹 片 4的作用下把书针从装针部件的针槽 6内把书针压向底座部件上的装订文件的针板 9 上。
所述的底座部件是由: 五金底座 16、 塑胶底 12、 支架 15、 针板 9, 针板铆钉 11, 针板铆钉弹簧 10和底座弹簧 14组成。塑胶底 12通过五金底座 16的六个脚相连, 针板 9由针板铆钉 11在针板铆钉弹簧 10的作用下固定在五金底座 16上, 并可做换向转动; 支架 15通过支架上两猪嘴固定,五金底座 16通过支架 15上两孔与旋转轴 17连成一体。
