一种省力平针订书机,由机面,支架,内机面,压钉片,机芯组,钉盖,尾轴,压板,推杆,推杆轴,滑块组成省力机构,机面上设有机面导槽,支架上开设有翻孔,内机面,机面,压板和推杆过推杆轴连接成一体,钉盖上设有滑盖,内机面设有折边。当压下机面时,机面上的小力通过压板传到推杆上,推杆以支架上的翻孔为作用点使内机面压下,内机面与压钉片连接,使机面上的小力传到压钉片上为大力从而实现省力效果。

技术领域
本实用新型属于办公用具技术领域,更确切地说是涉及一种订书机。
背景技术
订书机是人们常用的办公用具,常用的订书机结构,其实现的打钉过程多为一边穿纸一边折弯,打针时费力,钉书针也容易折断。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服上述技术存在的不足,提供了一种结构简单,成本低廉的省力平针订书机。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种省力平针订书机,包括机面,支架,内机面,压钉片,机芯组,钉盖,尾轴,压板,推杆,推杆轴,滑块,所述机面上设有机面导槽,所述支架上开设有翻孔,所述内机面,机面,压板和推杆过推杆轴连接成一体,所述钉盖上设有滑盖,所述内机面设有折边。
所述推杆与内机面之间设有扭簧。
所述钉盖和内机面之间设有内机面弹簧。
所述支架上设有滑动架且所述支架与滑动支架之间设有滑动弹簧。
本实用新型由于设计了杠杆省力机构,即压下机面时,机面上的小力通过压板传到推杆上,推杆以支架上的翻孔为作用点使内机面压下,内机面与压钉片连接,根据杠杆原理使机面上的小力传到压钉片上为大力从而实现省力。在书针被压钉片推出机芯组进行装订过程中,内机面绕尾轴向下旋转,内机面折边推动滑块向后移动,滑块在钉盖上向尾轴方向移动时推动滑动架向尾轴移动,当书针脚完全穿过装订纸时,浮台脱离滑动架使浮台向下运动,书针脚碰到珠位板进行弯针,从而实现了延时弯针,实现打钉过程中先穿纸、后折弯、再通过专用的珠位板实现了将书针装订成平针效果。
因此,该订书机的省力机构配合延时弯针机构,能比普通订书机可省力55%以上,同时还具有针脚平整、运行平稳可靠等特点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,内机面19上设有机面01、压板02、推杆03,内机面19、机面01、压板02、推杆03通过推杆轴04连接起来并且机面01、压板02、推杆03、可绕推杆轴04旋转,机面01上设有机面导槽01A并且机面导槽01A在尾轴07上可以滑动,内机面19上设有内机面折边19A并且内机面19向下运动时内机面折边19A可以推动滑块06向尾轴07方向运动,推杆03和内机面19之间设有扭簧05,内机面19前端设有压钉片18;内机面19、钉盖17、机芯组16和支架10之间有尾轴07连接并且可以绕尾轴07旋转,钉盖17和内机面19之间设有内机面弹簧20;钉盖17上设有滑块06并且滑块06可以在钉盖17上滑动;机芯组16和支架10之间设有机底弹簧09;支架10上设有架上的翻孔10A,在支架10上设有滑动架11并且滑动架11可在支架10上滑动,支架10和滑动架11之间设有滑动架弹簧12;在支架10前端设有珠位板13,在支架10前半部设有浮台15,在支架10和浮台15之间设有浮台弹簧14。
本实用新型的工作原理如下:按下机面01带动压板02、推杆03、滑块06、内机面19、压钉片18、机芯组16、钉盖17绕尾轴07向下旋转运动;同时机面01绕推杆轴04旋转,机面导槽01A在尾轴07上滑动,机面01带动压板02、推杆03绕推杆轴04旋转,当推杆03尾部碰到支架10上的翻孔10A时此机开始组成省力机构。当压下机面01时,机面01上的小力通过压板02传到推杆03上,推杆03以支架上的翻孔10A为作用点使内机面19压下,内机面19与压钉片18连接,根据杠杆原理使机面01上的小力传到压钉片18上为大力从而实现省力。
当机芯组16向下旋转运动压到装订纸时,继续按下机面01,机芯组16、钉盖17停止向下旋转运动,机面01绕推杆轴04旋转,机面导槽01A在尾轴07上滑动,同时机面01带动压板02、推杆03绕推杆轴04旋转同时绕尾轴07向下旋转运动,同时带动内机面19、压钉片18向下运动,从而压钉片18把书针推出机芯组16使书针脚穿过装订纸,当机面01继续使内机面19向下运动时,内机面折边19A推动滑块06在钉盖17上向后运动,滑块06向后运动时推动滑动架(11)向后运动。
当书针脚完全穿过装订纸时,滑动架11正好脱离浮台15接触,继续按下机面01,机面01带动压板02、推杆03、滑块06、内机面19、压钉片18、机芯组16、滑块06绕尾轴07向下旋转运动,从而使机芯组16通过装订纸把浮台压下,当书针脚碰到珠位板13时,书针脚通过珠位板13折弯,同时装订纸同浮台15向下运动,当装订纸压到珠位板13时停止向下运动,继续按下机面01,从而使压钉片18把书针继续推出机芯组16,使书针脚继续穿过装订纸,书针脚通过专用的珠位板13弯成平脚,从而实现打平针效果,如图2所示。
松开机面后,扭簧05、内机面弹簧20、机底弹簧09、滑动架弹簧12、浮台弹簧14使机面01、压板02、推杆03、内机面19、压钉片18、机芯组16、钉盖17、滑动架11、浮台15复位,滑动架11复位时带动滑块06复位。

1、一种省力平针订书机,包括机面,支架,内机面,压钉片,机芯组,钉盖,尾轴,其特征在于:还包括压板,推杆,推杆轴,滑块,所述机面上设有机面导槽,所述支架上开设有翻孔,所述内机面,机面,压板和推杆过推杆轴连接成一体,所述钉盖上设有滑盖,所述内机面设有折边。
2、根据权利要求1所述的省力平针订书机,其特征在于:所述推杆与内机面之间设有扭簧。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的省力平针订书机,其特征在于:所述钉盖和内机面之间设有内机面弹簧。
4、根据权利要求3所述的省力平针订书机,其特征在于:所述支架上设有滑动架且所述支架与滑动支架之间设有滑动弹簧。
