Definitions
- the present invention relates to an oxygen cylinder transport cart used by a patient who needs to continuously inhale oxygen to carry an oxygen cylinder. More specifically, the center of gravity of the total weight on the cart is always on the axle.
- the present invention relates to an oxygen cylinder transport cart that reduces the burden on the user's handle significantly by concentrating it in the center, thereby suppressing wasteful consumption of physical strength.
- a conventional oxygen cylinder transport cart 1 has, for example, an axle 3 on both sides at a position near one end of a pedestal 2 on which an oxygen cylinder A is placed in an upright state, as shown in FIG.
- a pair of wheels 4 that are pivoted at the top and a pulling handle 5 that rises upward from a position near one end of the pedestal 2, and an oxygen cylinder A placed on the pedestal 2 is placed on the pedestal 2.
- the upper support member 6 and the belt-type fixing means 7 attached to the support member 6 are used for fixing (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
- Patent Document 1 Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-247039
- the conventional oxygen cylinder transport cart 1 as described above is provided with a wheel 4 and a handle 5 having an outer diameter of 12 cm to 20 cm at a position near the one end of the pedestal 2, and a pedestal 2 Since the oxygen cylinder A is placed in the center of the cylinder, the oxygen cylinder A is located rearward with respect to the axis of the wheel 4, and as shown in Fig. 5 (b) When the cylinder transport cart 1 is tilted forward and pulled by hand, the oxygen cylinder A has a high center of gravity and is located at the rear, so the weight of the oxygen cylinder A will all be applied to the hand holding the handle 5.
- an oxygen cylinder with a capacity of 3001 has a weight of about 5 kg including a cylinder bag, etc., and the burden of such weight is a burden on the chest, which is a disease part just by consuming the physical strength of the patient. Therefore, it has become a factor that makes it difficult for patients to move and go out.
- the object of the present invention is to efficiently support the weight of the oxygen cylinder by the cart by always concentrating the center of gravity of the total weight on the cart at the center of the axle.
- Oxygen that can reduce the load burden on the handle when the cart is tilted forward and pull it by hand, suppress unnecessary consumption of physical strength, and actively support patient movement and outing The purpose is to provide a cylinder transport cart.
- the present invention provides a wheel that is rotatably attached to both ends of an axle, a mounting table on which an oxygen cylinder is placed on the axle in an upright state, and both sides of the mounting portion.
- a pulling handle located at the top of the cylinder was installed, and an oxygen cylinder was mounted on the mounting table as described above, with the center line of the upper and lower directions of the oxygen cylinder crossing the axle center. Is.
- the handle is formed in a downward U-shape having a grip portion at the upper end of both vertical columns, and the vertical columns are formed at intervals in which an oxygen cylinder is placed between the vertical columns.
- the oxygen cylinder placed on the cylinder may be provided with a fixing means for fixing the oxygen cylinder to the handle so that the center line in the vertical direction of the oxygen cylinder intersects the axis of the axle.
- the vertical columns on both sides using the pie portion can be freely extended and adjusted, and the length can be adjusted.
- the wheel has a smaller outer diameter of 6 cm or less than the conventional one. The smaller the is, the lower the center of gravity of the cart will be and the load on the user's handle will be greatly reduced. Can do.
- the mounting table is fixed to the upper surface of the axle, and is formed of an axle, an outer frame member fixed between the vertical columns on both sides of the handle, and support bars parallel to the axle before and after the axle.
- the cylinder is now supported directly on the axle!
- a grounding part is provided at the rear position when the cart is pulled by the cart to stop it with the oxygen cylinder mounted.
- the fixing means provided on the handle is formed by a combination of a receiving belt or a semicircular receiving bar provided between the vertical columns on both sides and a pair of detachable belts. If it is fixed to the handle with a receiving belt or semi-circular receiving bar and a detachable belt, the extension of the central axis in the vertical direction of this oxygen cylinder intersects with the two axles.
- the oxygen cylinder mounted on the mounting table is extended with the center line extending in the vertical direction of the oxygen cylinder with respect to the axial center of both axles. Since it is installed in a different position, the weight of the total weight of the oxygen cylinder placed on the cart can always be gathered on the axle and supported by the wheels. When pulled, the weight of the oxygen cylinder is supported by the axle, reducing the weight of the oxygen cylinder that is applied to the handle, thereby greatly increasing the load on the handle and chest of the patient pulling the cart. By reducing it to a minimum, wasteful consumption of physical strength can be suppressed, and the patient can easily move and go out, greatly contributing to the lifesaving of the patient.
